I'm Michael, founder of Incredibly Effective Playbooks. I'm not your typical consultant. I didn't just take a course from a guru or read a book from an industry expert and set up shop. I've spent more than twenty years starting and building businesses that run themselves, freeing me up to spend more time doing the things I love: coaching my son's hockey team, attending all of my daughter's dance competitions, and helping others create their own systems to put their businesses on autopilot.
I've done millions of dollars in sales across a range of businesses. I started Sureshield Coatings Company to supply antimicrobial materials to other businesses, All Life Fitness to sell fitness and nutrition products to consumers via D2C, retail, and wholesale, and Sonic Hustle to provide audio editing services to podcasters around the world.
My business customers include everyone from Fortune 500 companies like Apple, GE Appliances, and HP to large companies like Fellowes, ACCO Brands, and ITT, and smaller family-owned businesses. I've sold products at retailers including Amazon and Walmart, online through my own websites, and through wholesalers and others.
I've experienced the highs and lows of entrepreneurship and business ownership. From working with customs departments to import products into countries that don't speak the same language as me to working with legal to get clearance to sell regulated products in more than 150 countries, I've learned a ton along the way. Every business faces unique challenges. I help businesses put systems in place to expertly handle these challenges, so their owners can spend more time doing what they love and less time scrambling to get things done.
